Referral Services Overview

Silver Linings Senior Care Advisors LLC is a licensed Long-Term Care Referral Agent operating in the State of Oregon. As required by Oregon law, we provide the following mandated disclosures to all clients before collecting personal information.

• •Assisted Living Facilities
• •Memory Care Communities
• •Residential Care Facilities (RCF)
• •Adult Foster Homes
• •Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC)
• •Medicaid Contracted Facilities

Referral Fees

Any fees paid to Silver Linings for referral services are paid by the admitting facility. Clients are never charged for our referral services. Our referral rights do not expire if you do not move into a referred facility within a specified period from the time of the referral.

Limitations on Referrals

We are not limited to referring only to facilities with which we have a business-to-business contract. We work with a comprehensive network of facilities and can provide referrals to any licensed senior care community in Oregon, Arizona, and Nevada that meets your specific needs.
